Rainbow Acres Puppies

Our Story

Hello and welcome to Rainbow Acres Puppies. I am Lawayne & my wife Deanne and I have started our family in the heart of Arthur Illinois Amish Country. We currently live two miles from town on a rental property. I have been a dog person all my life. I grew up with a golden retriever and it is still the breed I love most.

In 2018 we started raising our own puppies with our pet King Charles Spaniel which is also a favorite breed of mine. In 2019 we have joined other families with Windy Acres Puppy Adoptions and can't say enough about the support, education, and quality service they have brought to us. It is amazing to be a part of so many other caring, like-minded family breeders who truly care for their pets.

We strive for strong, healthy, well-socialized puppies. All our puppies come up to date on shots and dewormer as well as receiving a clean bill of health from a licensed vet. We hope to provide folks with a beautiful new companion that will provide friendship for many many years.

Wish you blessings,

Sierra is friendly and very energetic. She is very well mannered and is a great mother to her pups. She is friendly with new people and is quick to love. We especially like her flowing coat and light gold color.

PLEASE DO NOT OVER FEED YOUR DOG! Follow manufacture directions. Over feeding dogs is the greatest cause of cancer and joint problems in dogs. Keep them physically fit with top quality food in the correct quantity and plenty of exercise. Other than an occasional treat of scrambled eggs, some cheeses including cottage cheese we highly discourage human food given to dogs. Dog feed with corn, soy, or wheat products is also discouraged and not recommended. Cooked beef bones from your local butcher can be a healthy treat also. No chicken or turkey bones recommended!
