Tree Line Puppies
Our Story
Welcome to Tree Line Puppies from Nelson & Miriam Hochstetler and family. We live on 10 acres in Arthur Illinois. Besides our beloved pet dogs, we also raise horses, sheep, fowl from pheasants to pigeons.
Most of our land is pasture with the lower end having timber with a creek running through it. We also have a large yard with plenty of room for the dogs and children to play. I always have had a few chihuahuas as pets but when my son Mathew got older he wanted a larger dog so we got a couple of female labs. It was at that we also decided to start raising puppies as we felt it would be a good experience for our children to learn responsibility. It has grown now and my son Mathew has his hands full. Our focus is on quality puppies that are strong healthy and well socialized. Our son Mark is also getting older now and helps along with Mathew to care for the pups.
Our pups all go to their forever homes with shots and dewormer up to date along with a professional health check from a licensed vet. We are open to visits and welcome you to contact Randall with any questions you may have. We hope to see you soon.

PLEASE DO NOT OVER FEED YOUR DOG! Follow manufacture directions. Over feeding dogs is the greatest cause of cancer and joint problems in dogs. Keep them physically fit with top quality food in the correct quantity and plenty of exercise. Other than an occasional treat of scrambled eggs, some cheeses including cottage cheese we highly discourage human food given to dogs. Dog feed with corn, soy, or wheat products is also discouraged and not recommended. Cooked beef bones from your local butcher can be a healthy treat also. No chicken or turkey bones recommended!
